The interior of Indian Gourmet restaurant is inspired by typical Indian home which has rustic, woody and clay influence yet modern and minimalist décor.
The front of house is led by General Manager Mr. Raj Gurung, who has gained several years of management experience working in an award-winning Indian Restaurant Mela Group and Michelin- starred Indian restaurant “Zaika” in London. Until he was engaged on this venture, he successfully ran suburban neighbourhood restaurant “Curry Culture” in Uxbridge.
The kitchen brigade is led by Executive Chef Raj Kumar Tak who has worked in renowned Indian Restaurants in London for many years and brings his tangible cookery experience in Indian Gourmet.
