CURRENT VACANCY: Restaurant Manager

• Restaurant Manager: £32,000 per annum plus benefits

We are currently looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to manage our 40 covers Indian Restaurant located near Borough Market, London.

• Minimum 2 years experience in Indian Restaurant & good knowledge of Indian Cuisine
• Organising staff shifts and scheduling
• Working with food and drink suppliers
• Working closely with the Head Chef and planning menus
• Ensuring all food safety & hygiene procedures are maintained
• Following all company opening and closing duties
• Maintaining safe working conditions
• Recruiting and staff training
• Working closely with the company director to optimise revenue/ restaurant operation
